Why riders choose the trainSharp workshop

Our mechanics are Cytech-trained, the UK's industry standard for bike mechanics. We look after everything from commuter hybrids to Di2 and AXS race bikes and e-bikes.

We'll always explain what we've found and agree any extra parts or work with you before we go ahead, so there are no surprise bills. And because we're also a bike fitting studio, we can check your position while your bike is with us.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I service my bike?

For most riders, a full service once or twice a year, plus a safety check if you ride a lot over winter. If you ride several times a week, or commute in all weathers, you'll benefit from more frequent servicing.

What types of bike do you service?

Road, gravel, mountain, hybrid, commuter and electric bikes, including bikes with Shimano Di2 and SRAM AXS electronic gears.

Do you collect bikes?

Yes. We collect from homes and workplaces across Lewes, Uckfield, Brighton, Eastbourne and nearby towns for £15 per bike, including the return. See collection and delivery.

Will you call me before doing extra work?

Always. If we find anything that needs extra parts or work, we'll explain it and agree the price with you before we go ahead.
